Unama'ki Bill S-3 Info Session & Community Engagement Session

The Nova Scotia Native Women's Association would like to hear from Indigenous women and other Indigenous persons (status and non-status) who have been impacted by discrimination related to the registration provisions of the Indian Act. 

Information around the Bill S-3 will be provided and who it might affect. (Bill S-3, an Act to amend the Indian Act in response to the Superior Court of Quebec decision on Descheneaux c. Canada)
