Annual Donation Application

Annual Donation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Deadline for Applications is November 6, 2026.

• Donation forms can be found at the bottom of this page in a digital format.
• We are not mass mailing out applications anymore, so if you need one via mail, please contact the front desk at the Band Office to request one be mailed to you.

Please note that banking information from 2025 has been deleted, you will need to provide new banking information if you want Direct Deposit.

If you have moved, please contact the office to update your records.

If you have any questions or need an application mailed to you, please contact the Band Office at 902-564-6466, ext 2000. The front desk can answer most questions.

Donation Policy

We have updated the Donation Policy to include electronic copies. We are in the process of creating a system to enable the application process to be put online as well. However, for the moment we are still old school. Please note the following guidelines:

Information provided is legible, if the form cannot be read, you will be asked to resubmit.

• The form is a PDF or JPEG format,
• The form is sent as an attachment and is not included in the body of the email, to donations@membertou.ca
• Copy of identification with signature (i.e. Driver’s License, Certificate of Indian Status) is attached.
• Documents must be signed by applicant AND a Witness (witness does not need to be a band member) before being submitted.
