About This Newsletter Issue
The election newsletter is a free resource for getting to know the candidates running for Chief & Council in the 2020 Membertou election. All candidates were responsible to submit their letters within the required word count, to ensure fairness and equality for all candidates. All submissions appear as submitted, and are alphabetically sorted by first name. Thank you to those who submitted. A full list of candidates is enclosed. Best wishes and congratulations to all who have put their name forward for election. Election day is October 22, 2020.
